Thank you for working with me ! You have agreed to the responding terms and conditions upon commissioning me. Please contact my medias if any inquiries need to be further discussed.Engagement GuidelinesClient agrees to provide all necessary footage in a compatible format. Client must provide a Reference video, editing style and Detailed Instructions on how you would prefer your Video to be. Ensure that the client have provided the necessary elements to be included in the Video. I remain to have the rights of refusal if the necessities are not met.Client will be available for communication and feedback throughout the editing process. Updates and Work-In-Progress will be updated from time to time during the process.Payment and TimelineA deposit of 5% of the total fee is due upon signing this agreement. Payment Methods are used with PayPal. If Client can not pay within 5 business days, additional 10% will be added in the payment. If the video is delayed, the client may request a deduction of 10%.ConfidentialityEditor may display the video on the editor’s portfolio or social media.
